Details:
Reception only coordination {up to 8 hours of coverage on wedding day}

  • Up to two meetings; usually consisting of initial consultation and site walk-through

  • Unlimited phone or email correspondence throughout your planning

  • Pre-wedding outreach to the vendor team to introduce myself

  • Greet vendors and act as their point of contact for their set-up needs

  • Set-up of paper goods; escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage, and menus

  • Styling of décor elements; guest sign-in table, photos, and gift table/card box

  • Placement of misc. items; favors, toasting flutes, cake knife/server, cake topper, bathroom baskets, and candles

  • Disburse vendor payments or gratuities on the client’s behalf

Full-Day Coordination

Details:
Ceremony + Reception coordination {up to 12 hours of coverage on wedding day} *This package is for those whose venues require a professional coordinator since it includes the elements they don’t provide with their rental

Includes all tasks listed under the half-day package PLUS

  • An additional meeting to create planning checklist

  • Create wedding day timeline and distribute to the vendor team

  • Create the ceremony processional order

  • Attend and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

  • Convey ceremony seating instructions to family members

  • Confirm DJ and officiant have performed microphone sound check prior to the start of the ceremony

  • Confirm song changes and cue signals with DJ or musicians for ceremony processional

  • Ensure the officiant receives the marriage license prior to the start of the ceremony

  • Placement of unity ceremony items and ensure program distribution

  • Direct family and bridal party in the ceremony processional {cue when to walk}

  • Gather wedding gifts and cards for family removal

  • Communicate details to the car service driver in regards to the grand exit

  • Assist DJ in gathering guests to line for the grand exit and cue bride and groom to walk

  • Gather all décor and personal items for family removal at close of reception

  • Investment: $2,000
